NFL Trailblazer Inspires FNBCT Team

The First National Bank of Central Texas recently held its annual all-employee meeting at the BASE in Waco. It was a great opportunity for team members from all 7 banking centers to get together for a relaxed night of food, fun, and inspiration.

Much of the inspiration came from the night’s featured speaker, Sarah Thomas. Thomas is an NFL official who knows a thing or two about breaking down barriers. In 2021 she became the first woman to officiate the Super Bowl. Thomas shared her story with the group and took questions at the end. Her message to the team fell right in line with the bank’s mission and guiding principles.

This was the 4th annual all-employee meeting for FNBCT.
