ITMs: What You Need To Know
The First National Bank of Central Texas recently put three Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) at its Waco Banking Center (1835 N. Valley Mills Dr). Two of them are located outside at the drive-thru and one is located in the lobby.
ITMs are user-friendly machines that combine the functionality of a regular ATM with the comfort of a human touch when you need it. Physically, the machine looks similar to an ATM, but with a video screen and other added technological elements.
Why ITMs?
- Convenience: ITMs are able to simplify transactions and get you going on your way faster than you would if you were waiting in line.
- More Transaction Types: By connecting with our video teller, we can help you with cash deposits and withdrawals, check deposits, loan payments, and account inquiries.
- Personal Touch: Live tellers (based in Waco) are available via video for any of your transactions.
Curbside Service for Commercial Customers
- We are upgrading the commercial lane experience! The old commercial lane at our Waco Banking Center is going away. However, most commercial transactions can be accommodated with the new ITMs.
- For change orders or large complex commercial transactions, all you have to do is call ahead and we will come right to your car with our new dedicated spots for commercial customers.
- The number to call during regular business hours is 254-761-6195.
- When you call ahead, we will have your order ready and can bring it right to your car!
Hours
- The outside ITMs will operate with live tellers Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- After hours they will operate as regular ATMs.
- The inside ITM will be operational during lobby hours.
Can I still use a traditional teller?
- Yes! You can always come inside during regular business hours to see a traditional teller.
