October 11 Winners

We are excited to announce that our October 11th Gatesville ISD Educators of the Week are Lacey Jenkins, a teacher at Gatesville Primary and Kara Kouns a teacher at Gatesville Intermediate. They are both receiving a trophy and $500 cash.
 
One person had this to say about Mrs. Jenkins:
 
“Lacey is a very hard-working teacher that loves to see her students grow and succeed in everything they do.”
 
As for Mrs. Kouns, someone had this to say about her:
 
“She is always pushing the students to be better and do their best even when the student doesn’t think they can do any more.”
