The First National Bank of Central Texas (FNBCT) is seeking a Commercial Lending Assistant to join our team in Woodway, TX. This position provides administrative support to loan officers and lending staff, while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a relationship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and verifying commercial and consumer loan documentation
- Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers to gather required information and provide updates
- Support loan officers with administrative tasks, including closing, booking, and document preparation
- Maintain adherence to all bank policies and procedures
- Provide superior customer service through relationship banking practices
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred Experience: Banking or commercial lending
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with continuous interruptions.
- Enjoys forward facing customer interactions.
- Takes initiative to solve problems. Ability to process and function under pressure and Maintain focus with shifting deadlines all with an abundance of excellence and grace.
- Detail oriented and able to multitask.
- Self-starter when information is limited.
