The First National Bank of Central Texas is looking for help in its growing Deposit Operations department. We are looking for a customer care specialist who is detail oriented and has great customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provides a wide variety of support to all Bank Departments
- Monitors and processes items related to Deposit Operations of the bank
- Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers
- Customer Service duties are primarily performed by phone responding to external customers inquiries regarding account balances, debit card, online banking and account questions or issues.
- All duties preformed with highest level of confidentiality for our customer, employee and bank information
Job Type: Full-time
Physical setting: Office
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Work Location: In person
