JOB SUMMARY
The Teller Floater position is responsible for a variety of job functions including the processing bank transactions and providing customer service solutions to our lobby customers. This job is based in China Spring but will be asked to support other locations at times.
NECESSARY SKILLS
- Prompt and efficient processing of customer transactions
- Ensuring proper verification of account information; ensuring accurate customer identity and endorsements
- Balancing accuracy, knowledge of all teller functions and any equipment used in the teller area
- Attend training to maintain knowledge of bank products and services, ensure compliance of all applicable bank and government regulations
- Update and process all documents for new and existing accounts
- Maintain basic knowledge of FDIC insurance
- Additional duties as assigned

- Office in China Spring
- Will support other locations occasionally

- High school or equivalent (Required)
