Employee Spotlight: Jan Coleman

For this month’s employee spotlight, we are taking a closer look at Jan Coleman. Jan works in lending as a Senior Vice President at our Waco Banking Center. She has been with FNBCT since our doors opened up in Waco back in 1996. 28 years ago, she took a leap of faith and followed Monte Hulse (former CEO and current board member) as they helped build this bank from the ground up.

“I knew that I wanted to be one of the ones to go with him,” said Coleman. “The way that he operated the bank downtown was so special. And the customers all loved him and all of us, and I knew I wanted to be back in that type of environment”
