What are eStatements?
eStatements are electronic bank statements delivered to your email address and online banking account immediately after they become available. They include the same information your traditional bank statement shows, so your statement will still look the same. They are the fastest, safest, and most convenient way to receive your monthly bank statements.

How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy! Just log into the FNBCT Mobile Banking App or Online Banking. Once online you will:
1. Select an account
2. Click on eStatements
3. Enroll in eStatements

Q: Once I enroll for eStatements, will I still receive paper statements?
A: No, however, if you would like to receive both, you will need to reach out to our Digital Services Department. To reach this department, please call 254-772-9330 and ask for Digital Services.
Q: Will past statements previous to enrollment in eStatements be accessible online?
A: No, once enrolled in eStatements, your first eStatement will be available after the next statement cut-off date. After that, statements are stored for 18 months.
Q: What if I cannot find the eStatement enrollment options on my Online Banking portal?
A: If you do not see an option to enroll in eStatements in your Online Banking portal, please call 254-772-9330 and ask for Digital Services.
