Nonprofits Honored At Gatesville Ribbon-Cutting

The First National Bank of Central Texas recently celebrated the opening of its Gatesville Banking Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Over 100 people braved the stormy weather to check out the new building and learn about some wonderful nonprofits in the community.

Will Coward, Gatesville Banking Center President, presented $10,000 donations to 5 Gatesville nonprofits. “We are a community bank, and we believe in giving back to the community we serve,” said Coward.

The 5 nonprofits who received the significant donations are:

  • Coryell County 4H
  • Gatesville Boys and Girls Club
  • Gatesville Care Center
  • Righteous Roots
  • The Big Sting

It was a stormy day, but the rain stopped for just long enough for the large group to take a ceremonial ribbon-cutting photo at the new 4,600 square foot facility. It is conveniently located at 2908 E. Main St. in Gatesville.
