The Credit Department Admin is responsible for assisting the overall Credit Department in various administrative duties including organizing and compiling loan committee books, various loan reporting, indexing loan documentation, creating loan packages, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compiling and organizing all bank loan committee books in PDF format.
- Generating periodic reports on various loan related information to be used by Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
- Ensure Credit Department documents are indexed properly into bank filing system.
- Generating loan approval packages on consumer real estate and small commercial loans.
- Organization and scheduling of various department tasks/meetings.
- Taking meeting minutes for various department meetings.
- Collecting and organizing credit related documentation/reports from lending staff.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Assist loan officers in coordinating and completing loan analysis as assigned
NECESSARY SKILLS
- High School Diploma (Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in editing and compiling PDF documents
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
