Position Summary
As a Teller Lead you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a full range of paying and receiving transactions for customers. This position oversees daily teller line workflow, provides training and guidance to teller staff, reviews work for accuracy, and serves as the first escalation point for customer concerns and operational issues. All actions will align with the Bank’s mission and guiding principles.

Ideal candidates should have:
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Customer service experience
- Supervisory experience
- Bank experience (a plus, but not required)
